  • TACTICAL TAILOR - Crossfire Concealed Carry Bag

DIMS: Weapon compartment: 8" tall X 7.5" wide X .5" deep (averaged since tapered)
    Main compartment: 7.5" tall X 7.5" wide X 3" deep
    Secondary compartment: 6" tall X 6" wide X 1.5" deep

Looks like TT was feeling crafty and decided to take a stab at making their own CCW shoulder bag. My first impressions of the Crossfire are that it is lightweight and most of the holding space seems to be depth rather than the other dimensions. The adjustable shoulder strap comes with a pad that is a nice mix of non-slip and breathable mesh. On the back of the whole pack is a large dose of mesh with padding to help with comfort and airflow. As with most meshes of this style, keep hook velcro away from it as it will tear its ass on up! For extra mounting options there is PALS webbing on the upper ends of the platform and on the sides of the compartments. They aren't huge so only expect to attach pouches that fit 1 PALS channel x 2 rows. Making good use of the side PALS, Duraflex Slick clips are used to attach a removable waist strap to assist in securing. Hence the removable aspect, you can just take these off if you don't ever see yourself using them.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR - Eclipse Concealed Carry Pouch

    DIMS: 7.5" tall X 6.5" wide X 1.25" deep

The Eclipse pouch offers some nice discreet carry options for those who want to keep things more low key. It won't be as fast as a holster, but has a much better chance to be perceived by others as just some random organizer pouch. The main intent was to wear on one's belt so 2 short Malice clips are included, however the back has enough PALS webbing to allow usage of long Malice clips for good connections to larger packs / platforms. The backing has stiffener integrated to make the pouch keep its shape. Despite there is no padding, the stiffener helps keep weapon poking sensations away.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR 75 Series Universal Hardcase:

    DIM: 3" W X 1 3/4" D X 5 1/8" H

These guys spawned from the original big version (100 series) to be a better fit for all the smaller electronics that are becoming common carry. Such items include: cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, GPS devices, MP3 players and other goods such as eye protection. The interior of the case has a soft lining to be nice to whatever you decide to put in there. One of the main features of this case is that it is indeed "hard". I'm not a huge guy, but I was able to put my knee on the front / side of the case and let all my body weight go on it, resulting only in slight flex of the case. The wearer can be quite confident whatever they put in the case will not be smashed.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR 85 Series Optical Hardcase:

    INNER DIM: 6" tall X 3 1/4" wide X 2 1/2" deep
    OUTTER DIM: 6 1/2" tall x 3 3/4" wide x 3 1/4" deep

The 75 Hardcase came out a bit ago with the intent to hold small and medium sized electronics, but a comment started coming up again and again: "I wish I could put my glasses in there." The people spoke and Tactical Tailor listened creating the 85 series hardcase. Pretty much any tactical glasses will fit in there with room to spare to add accessories like lenses and nose-pieces. Even some of the smaller goggles will fit as well. As with all TT hardcases the outside is some fancy pants hard plastic material that can withstand a meat eating man dropping on it resulting in very little flex. On the inside they added a felt-like material so your goodies won't get scratched up. The top/lid connects with a snap hinge and can be removed while the main closure is a simple metal snap. Although not water proof, the case still offers good water and dust resistance. Malice clips are integrated to the back to allow installation on belts or PALS webbing gear. I got a little carried away with the picture count, but thought I might as well show what I have. The last 3 pictures show size comparison of the 85 next to the 75. Some other random items I found made a good fit were my light meter and the Pacific Concepts Advanced Tactical Camera. Not much else to say, if you need a mountable hardcase for your cool guy specs, this is the stuff right here. The 85 case is currently available in Foliage, Tan, and Black colors.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Accessory Pouch 1H OD:

    DIM: 4.5"H x 7.5"W x 2"D
Notes: Simple and affordable pouch good for holding lighter items. Main construction is only of 1 ply of cordura. When mounted on one's side it can be a little hard to open if the zippers are towards your back since the pouch is so flexible. Malice Clips included.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Accessory Pouch 1V OD

    DIM: 7"H x 4.5"W x 2"D
Notes: Simple and affordable pouch good for holding lighter items. Main construction is only of 1 ply of cordura. Malice Clips included.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR AK / M16 Magazine Pouch:

This pouch is simple but is effective at fulfilling a dual role. Originally made to fit 2 AK magazines, users also found that it was good fit for 3, 30 round NATO magazines. The flap fully covers the opening to keep out dust and stay secure. 2 flap securing options are available to allow the user to use both the fastex buckle and velcro, or just one. A hook velcro sheet is connected to the main body loop velcro area so one can easily fold it over to nullify the velcro seal on the flap. When the connection is desired, the hook sheet just hangs out flat inside the pouch. The fastex buckle female part is lower front mounted so you can count on its placement while the male part is traditionally sewn on for adjustability. The interior has a strip of black ballistic material to improve durability and water resistance with a grommet at the bottom for drainage. When using the pouch in 3 mag NATO mode, it can easily accommodate fullsize magpulls. I asked TT why there was no elastic or shock-cord setup and they said it was a design decision to keep user costs down and that retention methods hindered flap usage. Rattling due to heavy movement won't be too bad unless specifically 2 NATO magazines are in the pouch. The back uses 2 long Malice Clips to attach to any PALS compatible gear. If I were to add anything, perhaps an elastic band on the front or top flap to hold the male SRB piece when not in use. Currently available in: OD, Black, Tan, Multicam, ACU and Ranger Green.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR AK Pouch OD

Notes: Simple and effective pouch. Inside is lined with ballistic material. I don't think they make this version anymore. Malice Clips included. I like the latest 3 Mag 5.56 Pouch more with velcro and shock cord setup.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR E & E Pouch Vertical:

    DIM: 6.5" x 3.5" x 1.5"

This pouch is intended to hold all the smaller survival gear one might need in an escape and evade situation. The exterior strip has a strip of loop velcro for ID / patches and the main functionality is a double zipper clam shell opening. Inside reveals many velcro sealed sleeves to include 5 internal pockets, clear window on main pocket, 4 elastic loops and a small velcro panel. Little 550 cord loops are added to the velcro seals to assist in opening.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR MICH Helmet Cover

It Isn't protective, but thought this was the best category placement for now:

A solid and affordable cover here. Made of 50/50 NYCO makes the material a good compromise of lightweight and durable. The front has a button stitch for an NVG screw hole. The cover comes with this area intact, so just cut er' open when you need to screw on your NVG mount. Reinforced holes are in the back for goggle loops and of course holes for the chinstrap system. The exterior holes, typically for foliage placement, are not present likely to cut down on the cost and they are rarely used.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Modular Drop Leg Rig Large OD

Nicely padded Drop leg with non-slip material on the whole back side. Being <monkey> sized, I've attached 2" SRBs (not included) to the ends and then connect them to my plate carrier. Otherwise even when fully tightened, this leg rig rides low enough when connected to a belt that it interferes with knee pads. Even so, for casual use I still rock these on airplane trips to increase my carry on capacity. I hope to find time to make some drop legs where they can be raised higher on one's leg than others on the market.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Modular Zipper Utility Pouch:

    DIM: 7" x 5" x 4"

Based on the original Zipper Utility Pouch, this pouch is a slight mod in which the front side has a good batch of PALS webbing. The original had a velcro flap pocket while the mod one sports 4 rows and 3 columns of PALS. On the multicam version the zipper got a color upgrade and is nicely matched. The zipper pull tabs are still big and rowdy so will clang until you wrap them or replace them with cord. The insides stayed the same and have a layer of ballistic black material to improve durability and water resistance. A standard grommet is at the bottom for drainage. Elastic loops are also included to help divide contents. Depending on your usage, the elastic may be a great feature, but can cause a bit of hassle putting some goods into the pouch. If they don't work for you, they are easy to cut out so it is nice to have the option. The back side has a nice batch of PALS using large Malice clips and large PALS channels for placement fudging. Bottom line, this pouch makes for a solid general pupose pouch. It has the elastic to help with a medic pouch role and is big enough to hold a canteen or Nalgene bottle. Currently available in ACU, OD, Black, Multicam and Tan.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Multi-Purpose Pouch OD:

    DIM: 7"H x 7"W x 2"D
Notes: Unique slim pouch for your smaller items. Front smaller pouch has some elastic, but isn't quite tall enough for pens. Example items I've rammed in there: handcuffs, calculator, gloves, food, balaclava, papers, pens, and more (not all at same time). Also makes a sweet ride for a Nintendo DS and power cable.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR SAW Pouch OD

    DIM: 8.5" x 7.5" x 2.5"
Notes: Pouch for holding 200 round SAW drum or 150 linked rounds of 7.62. This version is an older one, latest one appears to have more velcro coverage. Plastic reinforcement appears to deform when not used for intended purpose. This pouch was the first time I saw the velcro null system. Malice Clips included.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Small Utility Pouch OD/MC

    DIM: 5" x 3" x 2.5"
Notes: Nice Smaller pouch to place on other pouches with PALS. A good size to hold a grenade or handcuffs. Last pic is of the plastic snap that broke after very limited use.Malice Clips included.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Strobe / Compass Pouch:

    DIM: 5" x 2.75" x 1.25"

A straightforward design here, this pouch is meant to hold new and old military strobes, but can also be used to hold a fullsize compass. Flap secures with a SRB in which is traditionally sewn on for maximum adjustability. A grommet is located on the upper front of the pouch to allow cord connection for backup security of contents. The interior has a strip of black ballistic material to improve durability and water resistance. The back has PALS webbing to fit 2 short Malice Clips. Currently available in ACU, OD, Black, Multicam and Tan.

  • TACTICAL TAILOR Zipper Utility Pouch MC:

    DIM: 7" x 5" x 4"
Good general purpose sized pouch with original intent for medical supplies. Elastic on the inside helps hold down goodies and external pocket is great for smaller stuff such as pens. A little velcro is exposed under a closed flap for enough room for a fun meter or medic patch. By default the metal zippers are rowdy big and clang up a storm so I wrapped them in 550. A Coyote zipper would also be an improvement over the black. Ballistic material on the inside, Malice clips included.
